About Me

I’ve I started my career as an LA-based before moving to Washington, D.C. to earn my Master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations . Since then, I’ve built a communications career that spans government, advocacy, and agency work—supporting campaigns at the U.S. State Department’s Bureau of Global Public Affairs, leading media relations at a K Street public affairs firm, and now driving statewide messaging efforts in Colorado. My background blends creative production with strategic messaging, and I’ve worked across sectors to shape narratives, manage crises, and land meaningful coverage.

I come from a long line of storytellers and creatives. With a grandfather who was a Mad Men–era PR man and a mother who spent over 30 years in corporate communications, it sometimes feels like this career was written in the stars. I grew up surrounded by creatives and learned early on that good communication isn’t just about what you say, but how you make people feel. That instinct has guided me ever since.
